Since its debut eight editions ago, in January 2020 with the fashion film of the GREEN LIGHT collection (available below at the end of the post), the brand CLARO Couture has established itself as one of the most anticipated and celebrated brands at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid. Founded by Fernando Claro and co-artistically directed by his daughter Beatriz Claro, the brand is leaving an indelible mark on the Spanish fashion industry, combining sophistication, innovation, and an unwavering dedication to quality. With the upcoming edition, which will be the 80th edition of MBFW Madrid just around the corner, CLARO Couture is preparing to celebrate a significant milestone, dazzling its audience once again with a collection full of fantastic and unique details. The new couture collection is inspired by the universe of Nymphs, and that is all they have told us so far.
A Journey of Fulfilled Dreams and Constant Evolution in Fashion
The story of CLARO Couture at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week began with a dream come true. "I remember feeling satisfaction and pride in being able to achieve a goal I had since I was young and to do it with one of my children," says fashion designer Fernando Claro about his first show. The memory of the Cibeles runway in its early days has always been a reference and motivation. The excitement of that moment blends with memorable anecdotes, as Beatriz Claro recalls: "It was pre-pandemic, and crowd control was not as strict. When I came out of the backstage, there were so many people waiting to greet and congratulate us that they carried me away. I looked at my father, surprised by all the commotion! It was great."
Since that first couture show in January 2020, the CLARO Couture brand has shown impressive evolution in each edition. The brand is characterized by not falling into repetition, presenting collections that, while true to their distinctive style, surprise with new proposals season after season. "We like our guests to not know what they are going to see when they sit down. They know the CLARO essence, but each collection is very different from one edition to another," explains Beatriz.

What We Will See at the Next Fashion Show: A Celebration of Fantasy and Elegance
The upcoming CLARO Couture show in September promises to be a celebration of the fantasy and elegance that characterizes the brand. They will present the Spring-Summer 2025 collection at the 80th edition of the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Madrid. Designers Fernando and Beatriz Claro give us an exclusive preview of what we will see on the runway: "A very handcrafted collection, with many fantastic and feminine details. Transparencies, 4 color shades, and a sophisticated and volatile look. Lace, tulle, embroidery, muslin, and organza. And colors like purples, nude shades, greens, and blacks."
